It was 1988. I was traveling with a group from work to Nassau, Bahamas for the weekend. All of us checked in at the same time. When I opened the door to my room, I had been given the penthouse suite on the top floor overlooking the clear blue Caribbean waters and white sandy beach. I told my co-workers who rushed to my room in disbelief.
“How did you get this room, “ they inquired?
“I smiled at the front desk clerk,” I replied!
Fast forwarding 30 years later, I realized I had been given an amazing travel blessing. I was given something I didn’t deserve and didn’t ask for. God decided to favor me and to him I am unspeakably grateful.
