Dense Grape Clusters at Flag Hill

What a delight to stroll through a vineyard! Several Biblical stories use vineyards as an illustration and it was a blessing to encounter a grapevine firsthand. The tour guide at @flaghillwinery  in Lee, New Hampshire explained the workings of viticulture in September 2014. The dense canopy includes the leaves, the clusters of grapes, the vines and the stem.

I enjoy participating in the weekly photo challenge hosted by The Daily Post. This week’s theme is dense, defined as “closely compacted” and “parts closely crowded together”
